Job Summary:
Create an entertaining environment for all guests/players. Provide courteous, friendly and prompt service in dealing games for all players.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of one year dealing 21 and Dice or Roulette experience is required.
• Must possess strong money handling and documentation skills.
• Must meet Fitzgeralds standards in regard to rules, game knowledge, and dealing.
• Must have knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and regulations pertaining to 21, and Dice or Roulette games.
• Must be able to get along with fellow team members and work well with other departments and levels of management.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Essential Job Functions:
• Upbeat personality for all interactions with guests and fellow employees.
• Proactive in anticipating customer needs.
• Dealers must be motivated in familiarizing themselves with all guests' names and personal facts.
• Must possess money handling skill in providing chips for players.
• Knowledge of department policies and procedures, including those pertaining to federal, state, and local regulatory gaming laws and guidelines.
• Routinely strives to build and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Exercises appropriate discretion in identifying communications of special promotions to customers.
• Coordinates with Casino Operations supervisor and Security to detect and prevent attempts to cheat and to identify floor irregularities to a Games Supervisor, Surveillance Officer, or Manager-On-Duty
Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:
• Must be able to work inside and continuously maneuver around Pit area and throughout the hotel/casino property.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Responds to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English to communicate clearly with all players, and team members.
• Must be able to lift, pull, push or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must have the manual dexterity to handle paperwork, operate computers, and other Pit equipment.
• When on casino floor, must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.

COCKTAIL SERVER
Job Summary:
• Cocktail Servers will take cocktail orders from guests in/about assigned station.
• Clean assigned station, and empty and clean ash trays.
• Adhere to all state and local liquor laws.
• Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed my management, security or senior crew members.
• Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must have an outgoing, friendly personality and a flexible schedule.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Must have the ability to obtain a TIPS (Alcohol Awareness Training) Card.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:
• Ability to lift and carry beverage trays weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Walk, stand and bend for up to 8 hours per day.
• Able to withstand exposure to second-hand smoke..
• Above average communication and guest service skills.
